ST. Jude’s SCRIP-FOR-TUITION 

Program is an easy way to offset your tuition costs at St. Jude, Bishop Dwenger, or Bishop Luers!

You can buy SCRIP online by going to shopwithscrip.com and order from national vendors. They can reload cards and send e cards to phones.

What is SCRIP?

SCRIP is gift certificates that are accepted as cash at various vendors. The St. Jude SCRIP-For-Tuition Program purchases these certificates/cards from local and national merchants in bulk, at a discount.

The SCRIP is then purchased through the St. Jude SCRIP-For-Tuition Program and are redeemed by our families at area grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and retail locations.

The difference between the discount price at which the SCRIP was originally purchased and the face value at which it is sold to you (-2% program operating costs) is credited to your SCRIP Tuition Savings Account. The SCRIP-For-Tuition Program keeps track of everything for you!

How do I use SCRIP?

SCRIP is as easy as 1-2-3!!!

1. You fill out a St. Jude SCRIP-For-Tuition order form
2. You write your check or pay cash
3. Redeem gift certificates/cards at the vendor just like cash

Example:

You spend $100 each week at Kroger’s/Scott’s, $25 at Speedway Gas Station, and $20 at Kentucky Fried Chicken or Panera Bread:

• Meijer @ 2% = $2.00 profit each week totaling $104 after 52 weeks
• Speedway @ 2% = $.50 profit each week totaling $26 after 52 weeks
• Pizza Hut @ 7% = $1.40 profit each week totaling $72.80 after 52 weeks

Total tuition savings for 1 year = $202.80

And think of the additional savings you can earn by using SCRIP at other vendors for back-to-school clothes, Christmas and birthday presents, etc.!!!

ST. JUDE SCRIP-FOR-TUITION PROGRAM

Tuition Credit Information

SCRIP tuition credits will be automatically applied to your tuition balance unless your tuition is paid in full for the 2018-2019 school year. If your tuition is paid, your SCRIP credit will go toward the 2019-2020 school year. If your youngest child graduates from St. Jude this year and your tuition has been paid in full, you may direct your SCRIP credit to Bishop Dwenger High School, Bishop Luers High School or the St. Jude Tuition Assistance Program.

A minimum of $20.00 of credit must be earned over the course of the SCRIP year (March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2021) in order to process a tuition credit. SCRIP credit less than $20.00 will be transferred to the St. Jude Tuition Assistance Fund.
